I found a house on Zillow
I have found a house. And it is a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom home. . I would like to see if I could turn it into a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home. I noticed very weird things on the property appraiser with quit claim deeds and multi claim deeds, which I do not understand. This home says It's in foreclosure. And has been listed for 125 days. Should I be weary. I have not yet made an offer. Home built in 1950s
