Rears 15 monthly payments due $7,900. Original home purchase was $90,000. Amount owed is 67,000. House is estimated at $69,000. House sits on 0.6 acres. Monthly payments are $555.30, 1,209 sq.ft 3 bd/1 bath is this a deal,how would I structure this any advice will greatly be appreciated thanks so much!
