I'm looking to buy a 2 unit property in the Chicagoland area. Price is $500k,gross rental income: $43K, net operating income: $28K. Both unit are rented for $1800. Tenant pay for all utilities. Landlord pays landscaping, insurance and property tax. CoC 5.6%. This is a cash deal.Thoughts?
