Duplex 6Bed/3Bath with garages in up and coming Woodstock neighborhood in Portland, OR. Off-market purchase so price is negotiable. Would be first BRRRR deal.
Was approached by seller while exiting a nearby open house. Seller is 82 years old and is looking to exit a reverse mortgage situation. They owe~$390,000 on the property and would like at least $120,000 on top of that to purchase a smaller home. Seller is currently living in one duplex and renting the other month-to-month.
