[Calc Review] Confusion - Help me analyze this deal

Hi everyone! I'm fairly new to real estate investing and have been looking into buying my first property. However, I could really use some help understanding the BRRR calculator. In the Refinance tab, it shows "Inf%" for CoC, I've been looking it over and can't see where I may have input something wrong or if it should read that way. Any help regarding this report is truly appreciated. Thank you!
