I’m considering offering a property as a lease with an option to buy, but concerned about how to structure it in the current market. Seems like a lot of potential exposure with how values are appreciating. Is anyone else doing this now? If so, how do you structure and price in this market?

Not sure that crazy appreciation in the market has always been a consideration. How do you set a price that’s good for 6 months to a year without setting yourself up for taking a potential loss?
