What is or is going to be your real estate strategy for this year? Short, mid, and long term.

Hey Joseph,
My strategy has, and always will be, buying and holding solid residential rental properties.
Short term is time to fix up the properties and take care of any deferred maintenance due to the rising asset prices and lack of deals.
Then, when the pendulum swings the other way, purchase rentals again.

What's your strategy? Are you changing it for the current environment?

Same as always
some deals warrant a quick flip
Some warrant a fix and rent
Some warrant a buy no fix up and rent
Some warrant a divide up and immediately sell
Some warrant a dived up develop and rent or sell

@Cameron Tope my current strategy is purchasing multi family units that I can BRRRR and house hack. After a year of living there I will repeat that process but this time also purchase sing family units and BRRRR them.
I just wanted to see what other investors were doing to get ideas.

Joseph,
That sounds like a great, evergreen strategy! Many investors start that way.
