House Flip while living in it

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Wichita.

Purchase price: $65,000
Cash invested: $15,000
Sale price: $112,000

Bought first home and worked on it and lived in it for a year, and then when the market was really high for selling sold it.

What was the outcome?

Almost doubled the price of the home and kept costs low.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Don’t live in a construction zone/the house you’re fully flipping every single room and finishing out the basement.
