I'm just starting out and I'm having a hard time finding contracts for my area. I'm motivated to go but that's pretty much the only thing holding me back
Can't tell if this is a typo @Jerome Lewis - you said "contracts" but did you mean contractors, or are you talking about getting started wholesaling and not having a PSA (purchase and sale agreement) contract to use if/when you get a interested off-market seller?
Also on an possibly unrelated note - can all of us on BP agree to stop telling newbies that wholesaling is a great way to get started? It most definitely is not, and is the Real Estate World's version of the "Online Freelance Writer" fad / joke / scam... Countless people teaching you how to do it, very few people actually doing it successfully.
