What conferences are you attending in 2022?

Hi everyone, I own a few rental properties but I am looking to scale. One of my goals for 2022 is to attend real estate investing (or related) conferences to continue to learn and meet others. I'm interested in mobile home parks, self-storage, tiny houses, and short term rentals. What conferences do you recommend? Looking forward to meeting some of you!

I will be the photographer for the BiggerPockets conference again (I think!) so I'll def be there!

I'll be attending Best Ever Conference in February

I'll be speaking at the Real Estate Wealth Builders conference in Phoenix, March 10-12

and I'll probably find 1 or 2 more to go to.

Networking is far and away the most valuable investment in real estate for me

NARPM Broker/Owner event in March. I wanted to do the NAR broker event in Arizona but it's the following week :( Someone else suggested the Best Ever event to me but I might limit it to one event per year.

I went to the to the Bigger Pockets conference in New Orleans this year and would be defiantly attending the next one.

A dozen agents (all investors) from our team went and we had a great time. The conference was very well organized, tons of networking and most importantly, pretty inspirational. I can't say I learned a lot, but got really pumped up and definitely changed the gear when came back.

Thank you Bigger Pockets, can't wait to see you guys again!

Hey @Hannah Leiker, welcome to the BP community!

The only conference I know I'll be attending is the SECO Conference. If you're interested in MHP, that is one you shouldn't miss! Last year it was all virtual but really hoping it will be at least hybrid this year. It's typically in early October here in Atlanta so keep an eye on their page or sign up for updates so you can snag those early bird tickets! See you there!

And feel free to reach out anytime if you have other questions or just want to chat MHP!

Looking forward to read these replies. I'm in the same boat and just this morning made the goal of hitting a minimum of two conferences in 2022.

BPCON22 for sure !! The last BOCON in New Orleans was simply amazing! Great networking and very motivating!

I’m looking forward to seeing other folks suggestions.

I am going to the Ultimate Deal making workshop with Bill Cook and Vena Cox-Jones. Its in Tampa in Feb. I will also go to the OREIA national conference in Ohio later in the year and probably a couple of Pete Fortunato events.

Lifestyles Unlimited (LUINC)'s  Wealth and Passive Income Expo in Houston in March. It's an opportunity to listen to inspiring speakers, learn about different real estate topics, and network with some of the 4,000 - 5,000 real estate investors there who are actually doing active and/or passive real estate investing.

I agree with all above about the BPCON21 and I look forward to ‘22.

I will also be attending all the quarterly meetings for The Collective Genius. It is a powerful but expensive real estate mastermind.

@Justice Short tickets are on sale now.  Just Google LUINC 2022 conference, and follow the links.  Basic admission starts at $97, and goes up from there. For a first timer, the basic admission will expose you to a *lot* of information and other investors, and real-estate related vendors.

Hi all. Just saw this post. I've been doing this for a couple of FB groups I belong to. I have info for the entire year but many conferences change or don't get announced too far in advanced probably because of COVID. Let me know if this is helpful. Maybe I should start an email list. I can't post this everywhere :) I'll try to be better about checking my BP account. Most of my interaction is on FB groups. Send me any suggestions/updates. Thanks
