Anybody experiencing price drops lately?
Are there any investors or Realtors here who are seeing a sudden drop in prices? I'm not but my area is pretty hot.

In our area properties are staying on the market a little longer and a few are coming back on probably due to financing. A few listings have some price reductions really so small why even bother. Last 5 years most/many properties doubled in price through market appreciation and the fixer uppers have disappeared. Price erosion is bound to set in with higher interest rates.
