You need to read your lease and chances are it says you cannot sublet.  Talk to your landlord.

Definitely read the lease and talk to the landlord about it, if you sublease to someone and they can damage to the place you could be held liable for that…

Definitely talk to the landlord.  Your lease probably states no subletting or long term guests and if you break that, then you risk violating the lease.

@Shubham Rajput Most landlords will having something in the lease that mentions if this is allowed. But I know if they do allow it they will probably want a background check on the person that you will be renting it out to.
