PRIVATE LENDER EMAIL SCAM ??? HELP!!!

This is currently happening to me right now. I started moving forward with the 1st Private Lender (Robin Ostrom, claiming to be CEO/Lender for Mortgage Lending Services LLC). We have continually had bad phone connections and done much communication via text and email. Currently they are asking me to sign a "Promissory Note" and Wire closing cost to SOME BANK called "Woodforest Bank", however per my due diligence, the address listed on the Promissory Note is NOT a commercial bank address but rather a private residence. I asked for referrals to which "Robin replied via text" We do not gibe referrals, although I told you about my correct deals closed but in contracts and paperwork."
A few days later I received the following from a Susan Hough: " Letting you know I'm a Private lender with available 100% financing, if you might be interested in my service. I offer 100% Unsecured loan with 5% interest rate per annul for a period of 1-30% year + 3months grace period and no early repayment fee ". ROBIN recently replied back stating "I already explained that, you are only paying to the closing agent who already originated the loan. The address on the note is that of the closing agent and not of the bank. You can get a woodforest bank address anywhere. We are very transparent."

Has ANYONE dealt with this?

I have seen this as well. You should not interact with any of these people and if anyone is offering a 100% financing low interest unsecured loan they are not legitimate. That is just not a loan product that exists (because it shouldn't exist). You should look for private lenders through your network, real estate meetups, or referrals.
