HUD Halting Evictions
The President in his speech this morning announced that HUD will suspend tenant eviction actions through the end of April. I'm facing a substantial property tax bill next month. Like many landlords, monthly rent is a significant source of my income. If tenants are legally not required to pay rent, should a landlord rethink paying property taxes for now?
