Hello All, I'm a Newbie just getting started with my first Multi-Unit Rental Property and I have a couple of questions.

1. Can anyone recommend a washer and dryer that is low maintenance, electric, energy efficient and under 1k?

2. What are the best ways to advertise your vacant units?
