"Written notice" in Georgia - Is allowing paper required?
Is disallowing written notice via USPS legal in Georgia?
In rewriting my lease, I've noticed that the definition of written notice includes delivering notice by hand, registered mail, fax, and email. I'd like to change this to email, text message, or resident portal. Doing so will allow me to stop paying for my P.O. box and not be required to divulge my home address. My tenants primarily communicate via the latter methods.
