Denial letter for non-qualified applicants
New to landlording and we have a single rental property with three units. Do we need to send out denial/adverse action letters to every application we screen that doesn’t meet minimum qualifications?

The Adverse Action Letter is required any time you deny an application based on information found in the credit report. If you're denying them based on information outside of the credit report (e.g. bad Landlord references) then you can send a generic denial notice.
Thanks for the help
