How to List Rental as "Legal" for Shared Bedrooms?

How do you list a rental as "accepting" shared bedrooms? Local ordinance allows shared bedrooms as long as space limits are satisfied. How do you advertise a 2 BR rental as a "legal" 3 person rental?
