Looking for marketing advice for our second STR in Oakhurst Ca.
We have an Instagram and Facebook page. Anyone have any suggestions on how to use Instagram or like a how to course.

Instagram reels are the next hottest thing! I would try to highlight your property in a 15 sec video and post it out there for the world to see, add fun stickers and colorful captions to capture attention. Goodluck!
@Jennifer Cooper i run a social media marketing agency and a tip i would give for organic social is consistency. Create posts/reels/stories etc that highlight why your property is unique. Utilize hashtags too for your area and relevant items your property offers. Make sure your account is properly set up too, with a bio and all.
