small town rehabbing
Hello everyone,
My name is Dickie Taylor and I am just starting out in real estate investing. I live in a small town and it seems like everybody and their cousin is rehabbing in this town. As soon as I find a property the next day it is gone or already being worked on. Anyway, my question is:"What is a good letter to send a property owner who is delinquent on their taxes to offer to purchase their property?
