I am a real estate Investor in California. I am looking to buy a property in the Palm Springs/Indio area. Does anyone know any good cleaning businesses or property management companies(that don’t charge an arm/leg)?

Good property management is hard to find, and not cheap.  We property manage very selectively, for large higher end very specific homes.  We have a number of quality cleaners in the area, but the right person for the right job, the right team for a 3 bedroom in Palm Springs is a different referral then a 6 bedroom in Indio.

@Santiago Herrera The right company for Indio is going to be different than for Palm Springs.  And the right company for a 2 bedroom different then a 6 bedroom.  You are going to have to narrow the criteria of your question, before I think anyone can provide a useful answer.  With that said, generally speaking quality full service PM companies are expensive and hard to find.  I ended up creating my own team after not finding a suitably property management company for my investments.
