Maybe the existing owner of the multi-families you want to buy has a property manager in place?

I would probably wait until you buy to find the right PM.   Many of the best ones seem focused on one area or another.   Those seem to have better trade contacts in the area, a better feel on pricing, a PM that can check on the units, etc.   Just like great Phoenix area, DFW is a giant place.  A great PM that works Scottsdale might not be the best one for Goodyear, or the best one that works Gilbert, might not work Surprise.

Is the property actually in Dallas, or one of the surrounding cities?   Also what size multi?....Duplex or 3-4, or larger?

Good morning.

Are you mainly just looking in Dallas? Or surrounding areas as well?
