Do you have information on the change to evictions, We are now being told managers of rental property can not represent the owner in court for the eviction. that it must be an attorney or the owner.
Is there a way for a property manager to get around this? Many investors have day jobs so they use management to take care of things like this.

while we do use an attorney for our evictions i have never seen this issue.  it may be that you presented something wrong or just take your mgmt agreement with you to the next hearing i would think it will be fine.
