You can find a lot of people on Facebook. Look up the area which your place is and there is often a county group that you can ask for a local recommendation.

 Hey Jordan, which market? Is it specifically in Mobile or surrounding (or beach) area?  I have many good recommendations in the beach markets that I use for the units I manage.
