Handyman needed in South Los Angeles

Hello, 

Does anyone recommend a good, reliable, handyman with reasonable prices?  I just had a tenant move out and the unit needs some repairs (doors and door jams) and painting.

I had a handyman all set but he just let me know that he can't do the job.

This is in the South Los Angeles area, vey close to the 110 Freeway.

I have a good handyman that is currently helping me out by fixing my grandmas house up prior to sale. When do you need him?

I'd like to get to work as soon as possible but I know that most handymen are very busy right now so I'll take the help when he is available.
