Gardener for Palm Desert property

Hi all,

Does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable gardener with good communication that can kill weeds around my rental in Palm Desert quarterly?  It's all desert rock but the weeds come up through it and around the sidewalks.  Pretty small job but current guy has become unreliable.
