CHA/Section 8 Property Management- South Chicago

Hello,

I own 5 SFH in the southside of Chicago (Pullman/Roseland area). I am looking to potentially move management companies and wanted to know if anyone had good experience with a management firm that services the south side of Chicago. All 5 of the properties are single family and CHA/Section 8 housing.

@Timothy Taylor I was thinking more about this.  Jared is the man for you at Marblestone.  That guy's office is blocks away, he lives on the East Side, and invests in Roseland/Pullman.  You cant ask for anything better!  You get what you pay for on the southside and Marblestone isn't the cheapest option on the surface, but what they can do over the next couple of years will pay for itself 100x over.
