What are you offering?

Possible referrals of your clients that are buying rentals and need a PMC? 
--Why wouldn't you use something better than this shotgun approach to find a great PMC to take care of your clients?

So, assuming that's not what you're looking for, logically that leads to you offering to list properties of PMC clients that want to sell. Maybe to your "extensive" waiting list of clients?

Of course, these are just guesses, but mMaybe a bit more transparency on your post would resolve all this and actually lead to better connections.

Hi Drew,

Thanks for replying to my post.  You are correct in your first assumption, the end goal is for client referrals.  While you are assuming this is a shotgun approach, my post was intentional and was to only connect, without promise of referrals, because my plan is to vet anyone that decided to reply.  I pride myself on the network of referrals I have built, and unfortunately I have yet to find a reputable property management company that I am willing to put my name on as a referral.

 do you know red 1 has a property management team? heart and home manages all zips of Central Ohio they don't discriminate, they work with out of state, and they do medium term. they are conservative that's who I recommend
