Anyone ever used BirdWatch or Hemlane? (Maintenance Coordinator System)

Looking to off-load maintenance requests by hiring companies, just wondering if anyone have experienced with the companies I mentioned above?

I haven't heard of those companies but some youtube searching can help add some nuance to the thinking. I've kept a list of vendors like these from managing my properties & being a realtor. What kind of maintenance work are you looking to get done?
