Hey William,

There are many ways to market your units. If you're not working with a local agent to help you screen tenants...I would say the best way to get as many eyes on the property is create marketing material - add to local FB groups and host 2 consecutive open house weekends showing a model unit and amenities.

If you're close to any University Campuses - I would also suggest to partner with the university for housing opportunities for upperclass students.

Good luck with filling those up!

@William Dorrough

Following this thread. We are going to be implementing more of an SEO strategy to push people to our website, and get more testimonials from residents.

We've been fortunate with demand still being high, and we do have good luck with apartments.com. Believe it our not, we still have a lot of success with Craig's list, though not sure if it'll work with newer build assets.

I would try to build relationships with businesses that your residents use, such as pet stores, restaurants, dry cleaners, etc. How can you collaborate to help each other out?

@Gino Barbaro - I agree with you 100%. Building relationships with local business is still a very successful approach.

Create a partnership program with realtors. Compensate them and they will bring in clients
