Need help with rent collection

Can anyone recommend a rent collection agency?  Have a tenant who broke the lease and I agreed to let her out for a fee, which she finally agreed to but has made no effort to pay.

Try small claims court, but I doubt you'll see any of it. Hopefully you kept the deposit to cover the costs as that is likely all you'll see. If you go to a collections agency, you'll likely get pennies on the dollar.

We have worked with a few but none that we would recommend. Just Google them and Interview.
