Looking for reputable property Management in Lubbock Texas
Hey BP peeps,
I'm on the hunt for a new Property Manager in Lubbock, Texas. I have 5 units there, and I am questioning whether my current PM is the right fit. They do a great job of getting vacancies filled quickly, but every time a vacancy is filled, it seems that I get hit with some expensive repairs that seemingly come from out of the blue. For instance, they just informed that a duplex is in need of major plumbing work, which will cost approximately $3500. This has happened numerous times before, and since I am out of state I trust them to be my boots on the ground. However, the fact that this occcurs after every time a property is newly rented has me wondering if they are taking advantage of me. Would love any insights and recommendations for good a good PM.
