Hello BP,  I'm looking at moving some capital to second-tier markets in Alberta.  I am looking for property management recommendations for any of the following markets:
Red Deer / Red Deer County
High River/ Okotoks
Medicine Hat

Hey Chris ....I'm an investor in Red Deer, and just recently received my agent designation. I don't use property management for my portfolio, but I've certainly been around enough and been part of enough conversations to realize who *not* to use lol. Hi Ken, I was wondering how is the situation of Commercial Real Estate in Rocky Mountain House.

I have the chance to buy a commercial building of 9,000 sq/ft but it seems to me that the commercial properties in this town are just sitting there on the market for too long... So that kind of worry me.
