What niches and strategies can be used in Great Vancouver Area?
Hello BP fellows. I'm a real estate investing newbie from Great Vancouver, BC.
I'm wondering if any of you who have also been investing in this area - which strategies among wholesaling, lease option, buy-fix-flip and buy-rent-hold are better to start with for a newbie since Great Vancouver area is a very competitive, hot market?
It seems very difficult to find and buy multifamily properties under fair market value for Buy, Rent & Hold. Thanks!
