What are the best books on investing in Canadian Real Estate?
I will start it off by, recommending: Don R. Campbells - Investing In Canadian Real Estate.

Why I recommend this: A simple, straight forward, approach to take all the hype and baloney out of Real Estate. This was by far the best Real Estate book I have read, giving me all the answers and tools required to confidently invest into my first piece of investment Real Estate.I very much enjoyed the story that was told, very entertaining and a strong lesson on every page. I could see myself and my situation in the central character. AND finally, a CANADIAN real estate investing book that teaches us about investing in the Canadian market and is both informative and entertaining. The tools and templates within this book are worth the price of the book. No magic pill, no silver bullet, just sound practical strategies to seek out, evaluate, sort through, and buy winning properties more often. It also has the added dimension of learning investing in winning "small towns" too.
