So here's my issue. Just was recently married. Wife owns her house. We are now looking for our love nest. I want to make her house my first investment property. Since I never own a house, I don't want to lose out on first home incentive, and the new house I want to lease not own! I only want to own houses or property that I rent. Need help on how to swing this the best effective way possible?????
