Deal #1 is done. Saving for deal #2.

Today I received the keys toy first property. In July I made a goal to buy my 1st property before the 2022 ends. And today my goal is accomplished. I have gone through one loan approval, but failed, 2 maybes, and then 1 we will do our best. The last one did their best and got me approved. While I can take a deep breath for finishing this step, but it's not over yet. Next I have to rehab, rent, then refinance. The (BRRR strategy).

For those newbies starting out and keep hearing nos, don't give up. Keep looking and keep asking questions there is hope.

You learned a good lesson. Make lenders work to earn your business. Good job.

Congrats on doing your first deal. What an exciting milestone. Come back to ask questions if you have any hiccups during your rehab.
