I have my primary home in PA, and our house is apart of a very small (7 houses) HOA. We are looking to sell our primary house but I'm finding issues with the HOA. It is currently ran by 2 resident who (nicely put) don't know much about an HOA. It's a small mom/pop HOA who just put for snow removal and grass cutting.

Selling is the issue the current buyers pulled out because the HOA had a hard time providing documents & don't have enough money but didn't tell us this until signing day.

I think it's in best interest to disband the HOA as the other members don't even seem interested in keeping it.

How do we go about doing it?
