Creating HOA in jacksonville
I am building 18 townhouses and will need to create an HOA. The only common area will be a retention pond that is required by the state. I don't expect it will cost much on an annual basis for the upkeep and repair of the retention pond.
Has anyone ever set up an HOA before? What are the pitfalls for doing this?
