I'm about to get a tax lien on a private road that allows 38 townhouses access to their two car garages. The property owner is a defunct homebuilder. This is Colorado. Can I simply block each end until they buy it from me? Fire dept has access to the front if each townhouse. But can city prevent this somehow? Any other reasons this won't work? I've heard about easements that give people right to drive on others property..
