I have a condo, and the unit above is leaking a good amount of water (enough to pool on the floor, and soak the walls) AGAIN. This has happened before. I think it's the tenants (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) How can they not notice, unless they just don't care. I think I need legal advice to force some action. If enough water comes through, it could rot out the boards and the whole thing collapse. There's already mold there, BUT, it could end up in adjoining units. Any advice. In Houston Texas area. If I knew an attorney, or know how to resolve this situation I could handle it, or just sell the deal, as there is good profit there.
