I bought a 2/1 and want to rent it out. There is an HOA managed by a Property Management Company. Should I use the same property management company as the HOA to manage my property?
I guess you could, but I always think it is a conflict of interest. Would they send themselves a notice of non compliance or fines??
I would think they would send it to the tenant and I'm assuming they would select a good tenant to ensure the HOA is happy...but...if they are doing a bad job at managing my rental unit and I fire them and use another company will I be on their sh%t list? just thinking....
Not a conflict of interest. I would interview them as well as others that come recommended and see who you like the best.
