I live in the condo and the A/C air duct for the hallways in the building causes some noise and wall vibration in the bathroom and one of the closets in my unit. I was told by the manager that HOA cannot do anything about it, but I know for sure that the air duct can be insolated and properly secured to minimize the noise and avoid wall vibrations. I know by law they are obligated to address but they just trying to push it back. What would be your approach to solve this problem?
