Leak in between floors - who is responsible?

I own a top floor unit in a condo. The association has contacted us that the unit below has a leak coming from her ceiling below our bathtub. Sent my maintance man who could find no leak, evidence or a past leak, no softness or anything coming from out unit. Association says that we have to remove the unit belows ceiling, make a repair to "our" plumbing and then re-do her ceiling. We thought plumbing between floors would be the condo association responsibility. Thoughts?

Typically, yes.
