i bought 4 tax lien land lots HOA is suing for 3 years of dues

i bought 4 land lots at court house steps (tax lien) being sued by HOA for past 3 years of dues and late fees .i don't even have access to property for another 10 months. does anyone know anything about this. i would greatly appreciate any help.

It would be nice if you made some effort to help us help you. What state? What City? Did you buy a tax lien or tax deed? A tax lien generally gives you no oownership rights.

Just lost a case against an HOA. HOAs can have super powers. I agree you need an attorney.

HOAs have super lobbyists working on their behalf - it is hard to get out from under those liens!! Talk to a real estate attorney in your state to find out if it is even possible.
