Purchased house July 2018. Shortly after purchase “anytime” it rains we get water in basement from multiple areas all around foundation. No disclosures of water at purchase and inspector said maybe there was water at some point. Do we have any recourse?
House was owned by man who passed away and children were selling property upon his passing.
