Anyone done mentorship bootcamp offered by Richard Garcia? Any reviews/feedback?
Hello I have come across IG page for Richard Garcia. He has really good content and tips and I am looking to sign up for his mentorship program. I was wondering if anyone has any experience about it?

@Poonam Barad depends what you're looking to do in real estate. Does he have what you want and is actively doing what you want to do? I've never personally heard of him, but this is one of the key things I looked for when I found my mentor. I was able to 4x my portfolio because of it.

Thank you for your response Brandon. I agree and he definitely is doing what I am looking for (or it seems to be from his IG) but we all know how social media can be. So wanted to vet this guy to see if anyone has any experience.
If you don't mind me asking, what were you looking for and how did you have to pay for the mentorship?

I agree. Trust, but verify.
I was looking for someone that already is or on their way to being financially free, someone who I can connect with personally, and who is willing to teach/coach me in my specific circumstances. My mentorship was not an online course but rather weekly accountability calls and guidance through whatever roadblock I was encountering, which most of the time was my mindset.
Hey Poonam, although I am pretty new to this platform, I have been a real estate investor for a while now as well as a business owner.
During my journey, I have invested a lot of time and money in people more experienced than me to get where I want to be. Richard has been one of them, he is a very straight to the point person and actually wants to help someone. I went over his bootcamp and got into a few 1on1s with him too. He definitely knows his stuff on real estate, no doubt about that.
He also saved me a good amount of money in attorney fees, he provides resources like lease agreements, construction agreements and seller financing contracts, these cost a pretty penny to structure with an attorney.

@Poonam Barad did you ever end up taking the course?
