Has anyone worked with ReadyREI in Saginaw, Michigan?

Is it normal that a Turnkey provider doesn't allow you to send your contractor to check the house before closing ?

I bought a property with ReadyREI in Saginaw and they are AWFUL. Do not waste your time with them. They sell to slum lords, do horrible work... Cut corners everywhere... are unresponsive. Do not do repairs to code. Take months to get things done... I found out their repair guy is also their home inspector... so he is checking his own work... it's shady shady shady... run away.

 As I recall John our contract was fully completed with you. We did all the rehab that was agreed too. YOU got upset because it wasn’t exactly to YOUR standards. Since you want to come on here and make comments to the public  show us proof where we cut corners and didn’t bring things to code because a tenant is living in your house right now comfortably. We would love for you to post photos and proof of where exactly we were being shady so everyone can “see” what you’re talking about. Because I have proof otherwise 

you even just thanked us for placing a tenant and here you are talking ****. 

And for anyone that would like to work with us please reach out before you believe everything you see online. This man’s contract was 100% fulfilled, with this being a wholesale deal we could have easily walked away but we provided him a service 

John you seem to be upset because the house wasn’t exactly how you wanted it? Which wasn’t apart of our contract- we fufill our signed contract and then you got upset because you didn’t have the money to do what you wanted done not because we wouldn’t do it 

So please get it right and stop lying.

Sha we expressed to you the reason we wouldn’t let you have your contractor go out because these are wholesale deals and we are only allowed 1 walkthrough per our contract with the seller. They like to back out of deals when we have multiple people going in and out and legally allowed to deny us a walkthrough.

Katee, take the feedback... and thanks for the "tenant" that was poorly vetted and immediately stopped paying and now I have to evict after 1 month... just another in a long line of failures on your part... 

You have a very unsatisfied customer that will not work with you ever again.
