Yes they are. They are investor friendly. I closed one deal with them last year, and currently have 4 in escrow with them now, with 2 of those scheduled to close next week

I have a deal with this title company. Were you able to get title insurance? How did the transactions go?

Stay away if you can, they are very unprofessional. Late in everything, not answering phone calls or emails, etc. Will never use them.
