Cold Calling with FSBO/Expired Listings

What's Up! Just wanted to give you guys a quick opinion on my new expired listing/fsbo cold calling site. I have just started using espresso agent and it is absolutely phenomenal. It takes a bit to get use to the dialer, but the functions and accuracy of the numbers/emails is great. The rapid dialer can do a max of 85 calls/hour, but it still does the trick.
